Something in my eye?

i have the sensation that something is in my eye but there isn't. its not a scratch on my lens. but when i like flip my eyelids up, there is this little white dot, that looks like a zit, just sitting there. i tried to remove it with a q-tip but it didnt move. What is it?

possibly you having infection of your eye-- better see your eye doctor

You have to change your contact lenses.They are damaged and may cause serious injuries to your eyes.
