I have a mild headache and my vision seems to be distorted. It happened suddenly. When I look at anyone's face their right eye looks strange. It appeas as if everyone has a lazy right eye that points outwards. Noting else look different - just their eyes. Do I have a migrane creatind an aura that is distoring my vision or is there something wrong with my depth cues?

  1. You might be experiencing a rare migraine aura known as 'Alice in Wonderland Syndrome'.  This syndrome is characterized by distortion of body shape and image that the person knows is not real.

Make an appointment with your physician for an evaluation as soon as possible...to rule out other possible diagnoses.   The source below may help.   Good luck.
