The cover was left off of my electrical outlet outside and some birds have decided to stick stuff into one of the holes. How do I get the stuff out without pushing it all the way in? And if I do push it in, what will happen?

  2. Turn off the circuit breaker for the outlet then pull the junk out with needed nose pliers or a small screwdriver.  If it won't clean out, just change out the outlet, they are easy to change and inexpensive.

  3. turn the circuit off and use a straightened paper clip

    this should be easy

MAKE SURE THE ELECTRIC IS OFF

  4. try a shop-vac, or the hose attachment for your vaccuum cleaner? you can break up the junk with a toothpick, breaker off.

  5. Try unscrewing the whole thing off to get the junk out.
