Something is wrong,but idk wht...?

i always feel so sad!!..and idk why..i have nothing to be sad about really.

i dont want to tell my mom because idk how she would react...but..im always sad,ppl dont know tht i am,cuz i smile and tell them im fine/okei/good..but im not,..what can i do to be happy again?

Try doing the things you like to do.. like talk on the phone, go for a walk etc.. but it helps me feel better when I tell people that I'm sad, and explain it to a friend..l

  4. you'll get over it sooner or later. I was the same way when i was a teenager.  assuming you are in that age bracket. Its normal just dont let it consume you and find things that keep you busy an take ur mind off of things that get you thinking about being down.

  5. It sounds like you're mildly depressed. For you to become happy again you need to figure out the cause of your depression (like if your friend moved away for example.) and talk to the friend who moved for example w/ E-mails or on the phone. (just a example) I  know you don't want to talk to your mom about it, but she needs to know! Maybe counseling would help, you could do it at your school. Just a suggustion.

  6. i think you're going through the same thing i am. how old are you?? if you're a teen thats normal to have hormones like that...but you might have depression. tonight my friend asked me if i was okay, and i was like 'yes im fine' but i wasnt! even though i was just tired, i was like 'no...im not. im way to tired!'

    so basically what im saying is its good to talk about how you feel. you will probably feel a LOT better when you tell your mom you're sad all the time and dont know why. go to a counselor so you can talk about it and sort out your feelings : )

  8. Its called being a Teenager. Your body is going through alot of changes right now which makes your moods way outta wack. You could also be pm sing. To make yourself feel better get out of the house hang out with freinds. Read happy books. Do anything to distract yourself. Exercising is a great way to feel better when your down. If you seriously think you are suffering depression tell your mom and go to the doctor. O and I think you should tell your mom anyways how your feeling... she will be fine its her job to take care of you she will want to help you. I hope this helped :)
