Something is wrong with my eyes?

I went swimming and 10 minutes before i got out my vision started to get blurry even more then i usually see without my glasses and i got out and put my glasses on then swam in the shallow part so my glasses wouldnt get wet but even with my glasses on it was still fooggy sortof smoky looking its been three hours since i went swimming and my vision is still smoky i cleaned my glasses but still bluurry i cleaned my eyes with water and still blurry what do is it from the chlorine what if i cry with it wash chlorine of my eyes please can someone help

  1. I've had that happen in a much more severe way, so don't worry. it's probably just the chlorine. just rinse your eyes out, put some drops for redness or irritation, and you should be ok by tomorrow. crying might help, in all seriousness. heh.


  2. Its probably just the chlorine that is making your vision blurry. Try some eyedrops or if you have it, wash your eyes with baby shampoo. Maybe try a warm washcloth over your closed eyes for a while. If all else fails, your vision should be fine in the morning, and next time you are swimming try goggles or keeping your eyes closed while underwater. Hope this helps.

  3. Yes, there was probably too much chlorine in the pool. Try using some eyedrops (Visine or Clear Eyes are my favs) to wash out the chlorine. If you dont have any, just keep flushing your eyes with water (not too hot or too cold or it will probably sting)... If it doesnt go away soon i would go to the doctor to make sure you didnt do any serious damage... Good Luck!
