Something like tinypic?

I'm trying to find a free photo converter like tiny pic (because it isn't working) and can upload more than one at a time.

even if I can't though, anything somewhat like tiny pic thats free and on the internet and easy to use

Try Photobucket.com. You need to register in order to use their service, but it's entirely free and it's run by the same people who do TinyPic.

I'm not sure what you mean by photo converter but if you're looking for a website to host pictures for you this should work just fine.
