Something odd about my new Kenmore Progressive Vacuum!?

I bought a new progressive vacuum from kenmore. Every time it goes backwards it makes an odd sound. Can someone please tell me why it does this and what i should do about it?

It's probably not normal so I'd take it back while it's still under warranty and let them check it out!  Don't wait till it's too late.

what kind of sound is it? maybe its the belt? or the wheels?
