Something that happened with Pizza Hut tonight, what should I do?

I ordered three pizzas from Pizza Hut tonight over the phone. When I got there, they weren’t ready and I took a seat, I can’t see the kitchen from where I was sitting, but the girl working there gave me three pizzas straight from the kitchen area where she would have cut the pizzas from the oven. When I got home I noticed that I had one deep pan super supreme which I didn’t order, but was hungry and ate it without returning. I called up the store afterward and the manager told me that he had my pizza there and that he would send out another one delivered. He said that no one had complained about the mix-up. It doesn’t make sense for no one to complain about not getting a pizza that they had ordered, and they would have had to give them the right number of pizzas whether they were being picked up or delivered anyway. Could there have been something wrong with it? Like they intended to throw it away, but that girl accidentally gave it to me instead?

I dont think anything was WRONG with it.They just make mistakes and I have previously not called and said Hey you made mistake for the simple fact I have too many other things going.With four kids who need fed and bathed and in bed for school the next day Im certain there are parents who do the same.Call the 1 800 number and explain ..i dont find Pizza hut very consumer friendly w complaints.

It's also possible that when they went to deliver the supremer pizza they couldn't find it, since you got it, and they simply made another one.

Probably not. I'd guess that whoever the mix up was with (the person whose pizza YOU got) was understanding or they may have picked it up way late and given Pizza Hut time to make another one. People usually understand that mistakes happen and if I were that person, I wouldn't complain b/c it's not the end of the world. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
