Something that sounds like Little Women The Musical?

I'm having a hard time finding songs in the style of Little Women: The Musical, I'm looking for a modern sound within a traditional musiccal theatre form...so any ideas??

I don't know much about that show.. But if I were you, I would check out some of the other shows that the composer has worked on.  His bio has some good shows listed like Scarlet Pimpernel (one of my favorites) and Jekyll & Hyde.

Aside from that.. I'm not sure what you mean exactly by "modern sound."  Are we talking about things like In the Heights or Rent? Or is Sondheim modern enough?

look up the composer. a good show is little shop of horrors or les mes. they have amazing music and good story lines
