Something wrong with my Favicon code?

Question

I tried adding this to piczo using the HTML box.

doesn't work... is there something wrong? :

note: the URL is a "direct link" from photobucket

I&#039;m not an expert on these things, though I have put favicon&#039;s on sites.  I guess thats what you&#039;re asking about?  The html in your question dosen&#039;t explain what you&#039;re actually trying to do.

To get a favicon, its needs to be in Windows icon format and it must be called &#039;favicon.ico&#039; and it needs to be in the root directory of your domain.

As far as I know, browsers don&#039;t display .ico files on pages. Though I haven&#039;t tried it.  Older browsers don&#039;t show favicon&#039;s.
