Ok i've had this from very young - about once in two years at least my soul (feet) would pain pretty much and then i'd dump it in hot water or put french oil and all that. This year its kinda different - you know you touch your leg that's not facing you as in at the back of the foot there is this bone going up all the way into the legs and all and the pain is coming from that area and it's like not at the soul of my feet. sometimes it gets awful and then i kinda got to cup my feet and walk...but the weird thing is it first happened on my right leg and now it's catching on to my lefti think - is it because my shoe is torn??? oh what's wrong?"

  1. What would really help you at this point is to talk with a podiatrist.  Seriously.  I had problems with foot pain and saw a podiatrist and he really helped.  There are also some really good female podiatrists out there.

  2. Have you heard of a Charley Horse? Is the pain kind of like that? If it is, then I don't think there's anything seriously wrong, but you should stretch your muscles a lot, especially before excercising.

    Good luck!

And if the pain persists, you'd probably want to go see a doctor.

  3. Well i am not sure about this one. Have you been to the doctor, if not than you really should because you could have arthritis in your legs. Try resting them for awhile, take some tylenol, relax, and use some ice packs on them for awhile. I hope this helps and i hope you get better and see a doctor if you haven't. Going to the doctor is for you to choose, but i would. Thanks email me at ashley.smith1047@yahoo.com or IM me!!

  4. hon, go to a doctor.  your details are so confusing, i can't even tell you.  go to an orthopedic doctor.

  5. Perhaps it's the shoes you are wearing.  See a doctor to make sure.  Feel better!
