  1. nothing. thats normal. a dogs temp can change on and off just like a persons.

  2. Here is a site that I have read and I hope it will help you as it has helped me. I hope you have a whelping box set up so she can give birth there w/out having them in an unwanted area. Good luck with your b*tch & pups.

  3. It means you should have read and learned about whelping pups BEFORE you bred your dog.  A RESPONSIBLE breeder knows the temp will fall below 98 degrees, and after that, you can expect pups in 12- 24 hours.  A RESPONSIBLE breeder also KNOWS that the dogs haven't read the books, so while that is a good guideline, it isn't foolproof.

  4. she probly just going into labor.. keep a good eye on her.. aww poor thing..

  5. nothing don't panic. First time mom dogs have fluctuating temps. It doesn't mean anything but that shes getting ready. Shes most likely uncomfortable. Temps will go up and down its only when the temp stays steady at under a 100 you will have impending birth. Some Dogs dont drop there temps. Some dogs don't give warnings and dont nest. Its just a breeders job to keep an eye on them and have the vet on standby if anything happens.

  6. she is in mixed air condition or is getting sick pregnant dogs and people get sick

  7. Perfectly normal.

While you're waiting for the pups do some reading on the web about "dogs having pups". It sounds like you have a lot to learn before these pups come.

I hope you have your vet on speed dial.

  8. Its Okay She`s fine! Take Her to the vet when she starts REALLY Dropping Her temperature. Because I don`t think you`ve ever done this before. Good Luck Sweety!

  9. ummm. i say that you should just wait. make sure that you put it in a pen until birth is givin and a week after birth. make sure that you make a nice inviorment for  it and put lots of food and water. don't worry. dogs like to pop 'em out in the night...i would know, my dog has been pregnant 6 or 7 times.
