Somethings wrong with my computer...

Question

I can hear the fans working and making a loud sound even when I'm just at Yahoo answers. It's really annoying and my computer shuts down automatically very easy. And the fans are working like h*** even when I'm not moving the mouse. And the comp isn't that warm. It have been much warmer before without the fans making that loud sound. It's not the first time the fans makes loud sounds. It happens when I use javascript or flash. It think it's fans.... Or it's a loud sound...Sounds like air... I think... The computer didn't make that sound when I was at Yahoo! answers before. It even makes that sound even when I'm not having any windows.

Is there something wrong? How do I make this stop?

If the fans are making noise other than a relatively quiet hum they need to be replaced.they are inexpensive, check and see if it is the fan on your power supply, it could possibly need replacement also. intermittent shut downs are one of the symptoms of cooling problems.

1. check the case , see if any wires approached or hit the fan .

2. check the processor fan , see if tall screws are tight ,

3.if the fan that covered processor doesn't too tight , your computer restarts every while

4.if nothing happened , don't worry it's normal , otherwise you can replace than fan with new cooler fans, they don't have any voice , calm and safe

Run a few good virus scans firstly. I suggest AVG spyware and crapcleaner (there very easy to use, effective, and FREE) You may just have an old computer, or a slow connection.

that could be a lot of things.  u said it happens when u use javascript or flash...the reason for that is becuase you are using up a lot of memory for something like that and the problem relates to your RAM.  What is the memory on ur current computer?  it seems that you have a pretty old computer...

A lot of times when you have a disk in your computer (cd rom)it makes that sound

Nothings wrong with your computer...

unless you really want to get gritty and traverse the depths of your bios turning down the fans efficiency which is not always an option in some computers then there is nothing really to make your computer quieter. Perhaps your computer is not that strong and the fans are keeping your CPU cool when you do ordain tasks because some fans are temperature controlled. And loud noise is not often a bad thing. Maybe put your computer under some pillows to quiet it down

Its  probably your fans. Do you ALWAYS keep your computer on? Your computer may be over heated.

It doesn't matter what you are doing on the computer, since the fan is always spinning. Just clean it off, or maybe it's hitting a wire or something.

change your fans... it probably reached the limit of rotation form the time you bought the fan^_^
