I exercise 1 hour 5-6 times a week, so I don't know if its a low blood pressure problem or anything and I think I take enough iron, what could be the problem? My mum has the same problem as well and has low blood pressure.

  1. sounds like its time to see a doctor....

  2.   With symptoms like this you really need to get to the doctor asap as blood pressure is nothing to play with whether low or high ' as they both can do damage if not treated..Lots of luck always .

  3. That sounds like low blood pressure to me.

  4. Sounds like Postural Hypotension... very common and nothing serious, just related to a change in position.  For some people, low blood pressure results when one goes from either a sitting or lying position to a standing position.  This will give you that dizzy feeling.

But then, this is only one of a number of possible circumstances.  Always see your doctor if you are worried about anything at all, because it is always better to be sure than to worry and stress that it might be something major.
