  1. Step 1: Ensure your emotion is controlled daily. Don't over reacted, stay calm and don't get worry easily

Step 2: Think before your action. Don't repeat her past experience on herself. Remind herself from time to time.

Step 3: Be confident to yourselves. Remember everyone is the winner. "Only One sperms out of millions fertilize an egg"

Step 4: Get a group of close friends to share your experience and get some activities that would occupied your time

Step 5: Increase scope of life. Meaning that she should involve in more social activities like dancing, outing and others.

Step 6: Put a rubberband on the wrist. If there is a negative thought, Tighten the rubber band and release it. Hence the effect of the pain would be able to reduce the possibility of negative thought.

  2. you could make a playlist of some really good songs to get your mind off it. but if it's clinical depression, an illness, then you'd have to go to a docter.

  3. I suffer from depression.  I take medication, see a therapist, exercise.  Things that I do to try and help myself are:

    1) Exercise in some way, even if I don't feel like it

    2) Distract myself in some way, but I don't mean TV, that could make you feel worse

    3) Listen to your favorite music

    4) If you have a pet, play with it

    5) Do something for somebody

    6) Call a friend on the phone

    7) Anything to take your mind off of yourself

Hope these are of help to you.

  4. Things to do to ease MILD depression: (Understand that these are not for helping with manic depression, bipolar, or any other serious depression. You need a psychologist for that.)

    - Working out always helps. 20 minutes, three times a week will do.

    - Try eating more carbs, and more fish.

    - Cut back on coffee and soda.

    - Try keeping a diary. Writing about feelings always helps.

    - Talk to people! That'll really help you feel better.

    - Try taking 1,600 milligrams of SAM-e daily. It boosts your serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine levels.  (all involved in mood changes)

    - For a natural remedy, try taking 300 milligrams of St John's Wort, three times a day. This eases mild depression.

    - Also try positive thinking, more sleep, and less TV

Good luck, and remember that these are not for severe cases of depression. Some of the medications noted here should be supervised by your physician/doctor.

  5. Find something that makes you happy. Or try talking to someone about it
