Question:

Sometimes one side of my body is cold and the other is warm. Why is that?

Mostly in the hands and arm... and sometimes my legs and feet.

Any idea (other than AC).

  1. probably has something to do with poor circulation.


  2. poor circulation.  Post this in medicine not biology.

  3. Your blood circulation is a big part of that. You might have to see a doctor before the problem worsens.

  4. It sounds like what everyone else is saying. Sometimes the muscle system can be pinching or putting more pressure on an arteries which could cause coldness or numbness and tingling.

    you might have Raynaud's

    Raynaud's phenomenon (pronounced ray-noze) is a condition that makes it harder for blood to reach certain areas of the body.
