Do you think its the boots I am using, or something else that I am not aware of?

  1. Could be your boot, or when you snowboard you might put lots of pressure there. You could just get tired there from boarding.

  2. It could be the boots don't fit correctly ... if they are 'loose' then you are 'arching your foot' to stick to the snowboard instead of letting the 'clamps' do that work, and the arch of your foot hurts.  I'd get both the boots and your foot 'checked out' at a 'snowboard boot store' that knows such things ... because usually you'll need new boots if your feet (or even one foot) aches.

  3. I have the same problem. I am flat footed and it seems all boots come with a medium arch which after a day on the slopes kills my feet. I had vacuum insteps made at a ski shop and took the manufactured ones out of the boots replacing them with ones I had made. Now no problem.

  4. It means that you don't have enough arch support in your boots, or else that your feet are really taking a pounding.  Try putting some arch support insoles in your regular shoes, and see if that helps.  If it does, try putting a pair in your boarding boots.

  5. depends, if like the sides of your arch hurts, then its the boots. If not maybe you need to do arch exercies? like picking up socks with your feet etc.

  6. i think it means you need to tighten up your boots. loose boots will cause muscle aches.

  7. It's time for a hot cocoa break.......

  8. Im pretty sure its the boots. If not get you foot checked out, it might be injured and you don't know it!

  9. you might want to get it checked out by a foot doctor.. you might have something happening with your arches.. maybe your developing fallen arches.. better to get it checked out and find it's nothing then to have something serious happen later.

  10. Buy an arch supporter to put in your snow boot.  You probably have high arches, and wearing a heavy boot is making them sore.

  11. It could be the boots...but I get that whenever I rollerblade or ice skate...I was told it is the muscles in the foot.  They are being stretched...I was told to do stretch them by flexing and extending my feet.

  12. maybe u hav a flat foot???

    u never know.
