Question:

Sometimes while I'm asleep...?

About once a month while I'm asleep, or just about to be asleep, I'll feel very heavy, I'll open my eyes, and I'll feel my legs fall to the bed, almost as if they were thrown. I can feel the whole bed shake, and see no one is in the room. I pinch myself after this happens, so I know it's not a dream. Any explanations?

  1. yeah it's weird.  Do you mean, like when, you are dreaming you are walking, and you fall off the edge of something?  and it wakes you up with a big jump -it's weird my heart practically stops!

  2. This is you waking with a jolt as your spirit returns to your body. either you were just nodding off and something woke you or when you have been asleep and are waking. Nothing to worry about, happens to us all. Can be a bit of a shock though!
