  1. try NLP - neuro linguistic programming.. get some expert to show you the relavant techniques.

  2. Work out,

if that dosent work then try

    p**n

  3. I don't think that blocking things out is the best way to deal with them i think you should rather try and work through them and move on from there,  If you are adamant to forget or block them out as you say then I would suggest going for hypnotherapy.  The only problem with that is the "problems" would always be in the back of your mind even though you don't think about them anymore and this could cause problems at a later stage.  Rather try and talk to someone to help you deal with what happened, its not going to be easy but it would be the best.  You can never move on if you have something ankering you to the past

  4. the most effective way? face your problems, stare them in the face and show them who is the boss. you will not only solve your problems, but you will feel more inspired.

    as for blocking things out

    go to the beach

    listen to really emotional music

    watch an entertaining movie

    hang out with friends

volunteer service to those in need

stay busy and work on something thats important to you

whatever you do, just dont sleep too much- that puts you into depression

dance like you've never danced before

    go out

  5. Of course I'm going to suggest thinking positively. But try this.

Try to go to a quiet place where you can get comfortable. Close your eyes and think of a special event you'd like to happen. Think about all the senses in your imagination...what smells are there? if there is food or drink, how does it taste. If it is with someone, imagine the feeling of their touch. Think about sounds...a meadowlark singing, a favorite music for soundtrack. Now like a director on location, imagine the view of the camera...try an overhead shot...swoop down and across the scene.

After a little while doing this you will become so engrossed in your private film clip and how you want it to be just so...the past will have no room in your mind. And if later you start to think of something that conflicts from the past - do a quick flashback.

As you get better at this, you can begin imaging things you can actually do and want to do...a planning trip mentally.

  6. ganja.

  7. 1. Talk to a friend or family member about things that are bothering you

    2. Write your thoughts in a diary

    3. Lay in a hot bath and think deeply about your troubles, solve them in your head, then whenever those thoughts pop back into your head, think of the solution you made in the bath

    4. Read an interesting book or play a fun game

    Hope it helps!

  8. Drink plenty of booze and get yourself off heaps

  9. blocking wont work, you need a therapy (tell someone all story), either write it off

just start writing little book with all the things and feelings and by the end of it, you ll be fine

  10. Take a nice warm bath and play relaxation music  or take a nice walk and play music  or find a hobby or something you enjoy to relax.

    britney

  11. lie flat on your stomach with your hands flat on the floor out in front of you and your legs straight back and parallel to each other. breath in counts of four. and put on your favorite song or something soothing.  very soft.  I'm Yours by Jason Mraz works really well for me.  close your eyes and relax.  while your eyes are closed try to imagine a blank slate.  or a giant calander and imagine that all the pages are flying off and all the different number days are flying into dark space.  it creates the imgae that the past is literally vanishing.  just take deep breaths and imagine yourself sinking through the floor.

    hope this was helpful!
