Somewhere between Wirral and West Derby Lpool to have family gathering??

Hi there ;)

In a week and a half I am moving to France for a year with my uni and I would like to do something kinda informal to say bye to mine and my bf's family.

I live on the Wirral and my bf's family are all from the West Derby/Tuebrook/nearly Knowsley area.

So I thought the easiest thing would be to go for a drink next weekend but in the day in the pub or something? And that Liverpool town would be the easiest place for us to meet cause it is kinda in the centre..

But where could we go?? I don't wanna do anthing big, it's literally just to say bye really. Also people have got babies so that's kinda difficult too lol

Depends what you are looking for. There are several hotels in the Lime street area such as the Lord Nelson and Britannia Adelphi  There is one by the main bus terminal opposite the Royal Court and two hotels to the north of Pierhead by St Nicks. church.

Wetherspoons in Liverpool City Centre are usually child friendly and serve drinks

How about a venue in the Albert Dock? Wirral people could get ferry over perhaps.
