Um. . . well someone keeps knocking at my door like every ten minutes but I'm still in bed and I'm not really expecting anyone so can I just ignore them?

I hate answering the door when Iook like a mess!  If that's the case stay in bed!  However, could be Ed McMahon out there with your Publisher's Clearing House check.....think about it....

It's your house.  Do whatever you want.  

If you don't want to let anyone in or answer the door, that's your business.

PS Did you have a laptop right next to your bed?  And did you grab it so that you could log on to YA and ask us this after the person knocked several times?

It is your choice; but let me share with you a couple of things:

1.  Someone kept knocking on my door and I do not answer it if I'm not expecting anyone.  Turns out that it was my neighbor trying to let me know that I had left my keys in the door.  

2.  My neighbor beneath me starting knocking on my door and again, I did not answer it.  When I left my apt., she had left a note on my door saying:  Please stop banging.  I was not banging.  Long story but it turns out that this neighbor has a mental problem and my landlord told me to not EVER open my door to her.
