Son's 1st Birthday Pictures?

I have an appointment for my son's 1st birthday picture at Sadie's Photography studio. Does anyone have any cute ideas as to props or outfits? I also want to have a picture taken with all 3 of my boys. I'd love any ideas!

Maybe have them all wear jeans and a white t-shirt. I know that my family did that and the pictures came out so cute!

My daughter had a favorite stuffed animal. We took that along with 2 changes of clothes & her favorite pj's. I like to document the phases she is going through in her photos. When she was really tiny she kept sticking out her tongue. The lady wanted to retake it. No way, it was a phase of her life that I did not want to lose. She will soon be 12 and it is still hanging on the wall.

As for the picture with all, try to match the clothes as close a possible (more professional)but if you are looking for memories & they have a favorite color or shirt ( my girl had a favorite I had to wash every night to be worn yet again the next day for over a month lol) let them wear that. That way you can look back and remember what they were thinking at the time.

Have fun & good luck, make sure they get plenty of sleep so they are not irritable. I did not do that one time, man what a mess. lol

get a fake cake and have him play in it get ballons with no string and some silly string to make it looke festive

I would suggest that you take a cupcake.  Save that for the end of the session.  Take all of his clothes off except his diaper and let him have at the cupcake.  It will make some cute pictures.  My son will be 1 in a few weeks.  How exciting!!
