Hes completely well with it but its bothering me not him as i dont know what it is??Any clues? 1. I agree a doctor needs to look at him. It could be an allergy to something he touched, ate, in the air, a virus or infection. Best to be safe, if he scratches his skin raw and gets MRSA then the fun begins. Good luck

  2. Some children react to things as common as grass. Has be played on grass before? There's a good chance that he got into something in the garden that gave him the rash. Don't let him get around anything new until it clears up, then watch to see if it repeats. You might be able to figure out what he's sensitive to without him having to do an allergy panel at the doctor's.

  3. Diaper Rash //

  4. He may be allergic to something or maybe because it is harm out so it may be caused by heat, but you should talk to your baby's doctor about it.

  5. Sounds like Fifths Disease to me. Nothing to worry about.. starts with a cold, turns into a lacy rash on abdomen, back, bum, legs and arms. If it is Fifths, make sure he doesnt go around pregnant women, can be dangerous for the unborn child.

  6. dry irritated skin?

..take him to the doctor, a rash could sometimes occur for many reason.

  7. Could it be:

    1) Heat rash

    2) Eczema

Both of these are rash looking and in areas that get hot and sweaty (under clothes, nappy etc) and both are not particulary bad interms of contagious or upsetting although they can be itchy and make the child a bit wingy.

However the allergy rash shouldnt be ruled out-could be a plant in the garden or pollen that aggrevating it. I thinkl you should try to get a doctors appointment or nurses appointment to see them in person so they can see the rash.

    Ideas for now:

-Allergy-cover up to avoid contact with plantsor whatever has caused it. Maybe play elsewhere for a while and see if it dies down! Regular wash the clothes and his skin to make sure the pollen or whatever isnt stuck on him.

-=Heat rash-keep him cool, lots to drink, cover up in the sun and keep indoors at the hottest times of the day. Cool baths in the evening or wet flannel---me and my sister used to have water balloon fights to help her heat rash.

-Eczema-cover up rash to avoid him scratching :) but nothing thats going to make it more hot and sweaty. Check what foods and washing powder you use as this can aggrivate eczema. Cream-look into creams in chemist that can help.
