The exposition of the Sonata Allegro form is the place where the primary and the subordinate themes are first presented.

  1. Hmm.  Yes.  What are you asking?

    Exposition, development, recapitulation, coda

Usually two themes, but Haydn was good at monothematic sonata allegro form.

Usually theme A is in the tonic key, and theme B is in the dominant.

If it's a minor piece, then A is in tonic and B will often be in the relative major.

I'm guessing here at what you wanted to know.

  2. There's no question! Are you asking True or False? Cause its true! =)
