Song about the Phoenix bird?

I wonder where thise words come from: "..and from the ashes it will be reborn, and it tears will heal.." I know it is about the Phoenix bird.

The phoenix to me is the new age.

They say that I shall be exalted and so this would mean that I rise from the ashes of destruction.  That time of destruction is what I called Armaggeddon.

I think that I would be in a place like the Arctic and would be free.
