Song at the end of Obama's speech at the DNC?

Question

Does anybody know the song that they played at Obama's acceptance speech at the DNC? Obama has finished speaking and him and Biden went back in.

It was some sort of instrumental song is all I know.

Chuck Todd of MSNBC said it was Brooks & Dunn, "Only In America," which Bush had used after his acceptance speech in 04. Go figure!

At first I thought it was the music from "The American President" movie (Michael Douglas) but now I do believe it is the theme used in "Remember the Titans".
