i heard a song during the beach volley ball games against america and cuba and i was wondering if anyone else heard it. i know they play many songs in the background after the plays but it was an upbeat song that had no words to it but sounded very 80's. i have heard it before, but only the beat so i unfortunately never hear the lyrics. if anyone was watching it tonight, please help me if you can because we all know how irritating it can be when u dont know a song and its going through your head over and over.

thanks!

  1. I totally feel your pain. I might be thinking of the same one during that same game. They actually played the beginning of the song at one part and then at another part they played the chorus of the song. The beginning was an uptempo acoustic guitar and the chorus is whistling and guitar in the background. Does that sound familiar?

I heard it in Spain and everyone was whistling along with it. I found it once and was an idiot and never wrote the artist down. The music video is of a boy on a bike riding through different towns.

I know it's not an answer to your question but maybe more details for others to catch and help.

  2. Young Folks by Peter, Bjorn & John

  3. I believe you are looking for 2 Unlimited - Tribal Dance

    GREAT SONG! :-)

  7. The last poster seems to be looking for "Seven Nation Army" by White Stripes, and if you are looking for the same, that is the song.  You mean this:

The onl y other song I remember from that game is "Song 2" by Blur (the "woohoo!" song).  But I'm fairly sure you're talking about "Seven Nation Army."

  8. i think im looking for the same song? It sounds sort of like bells of some sort, going: taaa, tata, taaa, tata, taaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. over and over. Is that right? i've been looking for this song for years.
