Song for a dance solo???

Question

ok so competetion season is starting back up and that means more solos!!! i am 13 years old and i really have no clue what song i should choose for my next solo!! i want to do like a modern/lyrical/jazz something but i don't want to pick a song that everyone is going to pick. so that leaves alot of songs that i like out of the question becuase i know that alot of people would pick those songs as well. does anyone have any suggestions????????????????????????????

It depends what u are into like country or hip hop we did a song 4 a comptetiion and it was I'mma shine ( step up 2 soundtrack) and we got first

maybe some type of Santana song..... or maybe something country.. I know not alot of people are into it... but it could work.... Try Josh Turner .. he has a really strong voice & great music that you could dance to

yea what about Stand in the Rain by SUPERCHICK, or Heaven by Kelly Clarkson (many people have done versions of it though). Waiting ont he world to change by John Mayer (so you think you can dance)

I did a gynastics routine to    "Come Sail Away"     by   "Styx" worked out pretty good check it out you might like it depending on your dance moves.
