http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alex-Song-c4804 hopes to continue playing to the best of his abilities, as the midfielder has admitted that he would like to create more goal scoring opportunities for his team mates in the future.
Song has been in impressive form for Arsenal this season, as he has gone on to put up some very impressive displays in the team’s midfield.
His tackling and ability to break up play has helped the team out on a number of occasions and he has gone on to show that he can help create play as well.
Against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809, Song lofted a brilliant pass to Van Persie, which saw the striker score the match winner for the Gunners.
However, the midfielder set up Van Perise in similar fashion earlier in the season against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Everton-c13019, where the duo combined to score a very similar goal.
The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Cameroon-c2865 international is now hoping to continue linking up with the striker in a similar manner, as he hopes for his contributions to help the North London club out.
Song is quoted to have said: "Everyone knows that Robin [van Persie] can make the difference in every single game he plays. We are happy and lucky to have him in our squad.”
"I work well with him in training and I know how he moves. When I have the chance I try to give him a good ball, and if I do that then I know he can score at any time."
The Gunners are on a three game win streak, as the team is now set to take on Newcastle United. Should they continue their fine form, they could see themselves close the gap on Tottenham to just one point.
"There is still all to play for and anything can happen," Song continued.
"We have a big game against Newcastle, and we know they are also in the fight for fourth place.
"If we win that, and open up a bit more space between ourselves and the other challengers, then we will be in a good position."
