I am walking down the aisle to pachelbel's Cannon in D, but I wanted a jazzier song to leave the ceremony to (after the first kiss and stuff).

I was thinking "with this ring" by the platters (I'll put a link to it below).

Any other song recomendations?

  3. Signed, Sealed, delivered was suggested to us by the celebrant.

We went with Breathless by the Corrs and I don't think it had quite enough pop. It makes you feel any better, you won't even hear it you'll be so distracted.

  4. I walked down the aisle to Rossini's William Tell Overture Part 2, and the recessinal played Rossini's part 3 (lone ranger theme, played not too loudly, in a church). My mother and grandmother were both married to Rossini's part two and always wanted to do what I did. It was great fun, especially because we had a horse and carriage take us to the reception not too far away from the church!

By the way, it was a real hit, everyone loves part 3 and it was fun and exciting and memorable. They started the music after announcing us as Mr. and Mrs. and the beginning music was a perfect "announcement" sound! The music put everyone in an excited mood for the reception. Leaving to this music really made people smile, and everyone recognized the music.

  5. We are finishing our ceremony with the darkness- I believe in a thing called love. We both love that song and have had some fun memories dancing around to it in the past.
