How about songs that are more tried-and-true and older.  I don't think Boys2Men or Christina Aguilera was your grandmother's thing, so it does not seem appropriate to me to play their music at her funeral.  However, if you MUST use one of the artists you listed above, then how about Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On"?
