  1. allison krauss- "i will"

its instumental up till the end but its such a good song and she has a soft romantic voice.

  2. I walked to the piano version of Valentine by Martina McBride.

  3. I catered a wedding where a bride walked down the isle to "going to the chapel" I thought it was cute and so did everyone attending

  4. I walked down to Sting's "Fields of Gold" played on acoustic guitar.

    Other songs we considered were

"And I Love Her" by the Beatles

    "Only Time" by Enya

"I Can't Help Falling in Love with You" by UB40

Think about songs that are special to you and your fiance...almost any rock, country or pop song can be turned into a beautiful instrumental that's appropriate for a wedding.

We also mixed the pop and classical songs (my bridesmaids walked down to "Sleeper's Awake" by Bach)...think about the mood and tone you want to set and let that guide you as well.

  5. I walked down the aisle to Trapt, stories. It's a really nice song.

you can hear it on youtube.

  6. Perfect moment. This is a good march-in song.

  7. Is it Christian? We're using "Here I Am" (yes, it's vocational, but marriage is a vocation). It's just going to be instrumental, but hopefully everyone knows it well enough to appreciate the sentiment.

  8. I would check out Apocalyptica. They have some beautiful, nontraditional instrumental songs, and I really love "Can't help Falling In Love" by l**k the Tins.

Prior to my entrance the harpist will play a soft and traditional song that lapse into an Arabic-sounding version of "Gimme All Your Lovin'" for my walk =]

  9. A friend of mine didn't want the traditional "here comes the bride," so she walked down the aisle to the music "Tara's Theme," the theme song from the movie "Gone With the Wind."  It was very elegant and majestic.

  10. Celine Dion "Power of Love"

    Sade "By your side"

Shaina Twain "From this momen on" (this song gets me teary eyed)

    Luther Vandross "Here and Now"

Usher "Here I Stand and Lifetime"

thats all I could come up with
