Songs in My Music disappears when I exit Yahoo! Music Jukebox. Why?

Question

I get the error message "Unable to play media (unresponsive)", but I don´t have a "Dell computers using Sigma Tel audio software" as it says in the Troubleshooting and FAQs. The songs remain in //My document/My music/Artist/Album, and can be played from their folders, but are not seen in My music in Yahoo! Music Jukebox when reopened.

I tried the sigma tel route with no success. I have windows xp which came with the freedom personal firewall. I shut down the personal firewall and it fixed the problem. evidently yahoo music cannot get through some firewalls.
