its too bad that individual resturants dont have nutrition info. they pretty much have to be a large franchise to have it. you can look up info on a general website, or if you're that concerned you can make friends with someone there and ask a chef about the specifics of the food there. that may give you better info to go on for a website.

try CalorieKing.com. they have nutrition info and i use it all the time. its free so go to it.

or try going to the restaurant website.

OR try asking someone who works at the restaurant for the nutrition info.
