Sonora California is in a hilly area, so you must know how to handle the hills.  Besides that, just drive within the speed limit, always look over your shoulder while backing up and before changing lanes, and don't do anything dumb like run a stop sign.  

Sonora only has one drive examiner, whose name is Mike.  He is a pretty good guy, so you should be fine, though he does come across as a little gruff to some people.
