Sony Blu-Ray players, how are BDP 350 and BDP 550 different?

The BDP S350 and BDP S550 are replacing BDP S300 and BDP S500. The 500/550 series players are significantly more expensive, that much I know. But how are they different in features and capability? Why would the 550 be worth the extra expense?

The 550 has bd-live and the 350 will have an update. The 550 decodes and bitstream all audio and the 350 will not decode dts-hd or dts-master audio.
