Sony Bravia HD Ready LCD 32" TV - A choice between 3 different models - Which one??? PLEASE help!?

Hi everyone, I'm not a big technology person and I have a technology decision to make! So I could really do with some help on this one.

Which of the following Sony TV's the most superior model? The TV will be for the usage of a regular family home. They are all priced £499 from the outlet that I will be purchasing from so the decision rests purely on which of the 3 is the best model!

The "U" series, I believe, has the fastest processing specs. That's important on LCD panels. Do you have the XBR series available over there? (kdl-xbr????) That's always the designation Sony uses for best-in-class. Over here, the XBR is 1080p and costs about 20% more. 1080p will look better on a 32" playing bluray but the difference won't be as striking as on a 70".
