Will the new Sony Bravia models include a 4ms response time....

Is a 4ms response time it really noticable it if the television already has 120hz?

  1. Sony has partnered with Sharp & Samsung to manufacture LCD screens. Sharp has 4 ms & 6 ms LCD screens in their current product line. Samsung has moved their newer LCD TVs to 4 or 5 ms LCD screens. I would assume that Sony will use some subset of these LCD screens in their new Tvs. Expext the XBRs & Z models to have the faster LCDs.

    Yes, 4 ms LCD screens do greatly help to control jitter. 120 Hz does nothing for jitter.
