Sony CCD-TRV57

Question

My daughter has a video camera that shut's off within a minute or so after turning it on. I think she said it flash's something like a yellow triangle with the nos. C3122 but not sure if this is before or after it shut's down. I think she also said that it beep's as well. She would appreciate any help you may be able to give her & thank you in advance.
