Sony CD CHANGER Model:CDXA35RF

Question

I have a Sony CD Changer. The model # CDX-A35RF. I keep getting a error on the dis changer and it comes up with E-99. I keep hiting the reset and it still gives me the same error E-99. I have power on the player.
