Sony Camcorder DCR-HC30E LCD panel touch screen not working?

HI

I am trying to rewind my cameras footage but i cant seem to do it because the LCD panel isnt working. The screen turns on and gives me the playback options but when i touch them they dont work.

Is there any other way i can rewind the video footage or get this fixed?

You needs to get that repaired.But still you can do basic functions with your remote control

Take it to where you bought it and have them check it out.

theres a reset button at the bottom, its a really small hole, in silver, press that, all your settings will be lost but this could make your camcorders touchscreen work, if still doesnt work try banging it against the floor
