Sony Cyber-shot help?

I found the camera in the house looks like that it has something like a charger with it that goes into the bottom and has a USB cord plus 2 other yellow and black ?pieces? that plug into something but IDK what and I tried plugging just the USB cord and the camera together to see if it would charge but the camera won't turn on.
