Sony DAV HDX 900W region code hack

after emigrating from Europe I bought the Sony DAV-HDX900w home theatre system, it is currently locked into Region 1 and would like some help to unlock this so that I can watch some of my Region 2 discs, any help or solution would be much appreciated, thanks
