Everytime I take a picture of something or someone moving with my DSC-T10, it always comes out blurry. Do I have certain settings wrong? What is the most ideal setting for just everyday picture taking? I take a lot of picture of dancers so a lot of movement. Please help!!

  1. For everyday picture taking you should just use Auto, but you have to realise that the camera itself, does not know that your subjects are moving, so you will need to select a shooting setting that will tell it to use a more appropriate shutter speed.

The camera does have an automatic anti-blur function when you use the Auto setting. However this will not guarantee blur free images if your subjects are moving.

You may need to try one of the Scene Selection Modes, instead. This is what I found out from your instruction manual...

"High ISO Sensitvity"...Allows you to shoot images without a flash under low light conditions, reducing blur. However, it will increase the noise (speckles) in your images.

"High Speed Shutter"...allows you to shoot moving subjects outdoors or other well lit or bright places.
