Sony DSC W300 13.6 mp or Canon SD950 12.1 mp?

I'm deciding between DSC W300 and SD950. I've heard Canon has better image quality, but sony has more MPs. I prefer sony's design and its slightly smaller but canon has more zoom and sharper pictures (that's what they say). Also W300 has a larger LCD. W300 is $350 and SD950 is $300 Which would you buy? I found a lot of SD950 reviews and they say its really good, but I coudn´t find W300 reviews. Which has really more quality? And i'm talking about these specific cameras, not overall, because I surely prefer Canon, what makes me like this Sony is its 13.6 mps and its big LCD.
