Sony DVP-NS300 Hack HELP?

That is the controller i have , so some of the hacks tell me to press numbers but there are no frickin numbers on the dvd remote , and when i do it with the tv controller it just changes channel.

1. Put player into standby modus by pressing power button on remote control.

2. Then press Title button.

3. Press Clear button.

4. Press Power button.

5. A blue options menu opens.

Once i do this i dont know what to do !

This is the closest I have got so far.
  As the earlier comment said there are no numbers on the Sony remote for the dvd. Having the dvd in standby I tried Stop/Surround/Enter to get Region1. Tried with and without a disc in with no result. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
