Sony Dav X1 home cinema system echoing with new TV.?

I have just bought a Samsung Series 3 "32, and already had a Sony Dav X1 home cinema system.

I have connected it all up ok, but there is an ever so slight echo when I have the TV speakers and Dav X1 system playing at the same time. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

  1. It happens on a few home cinema systems, most instruction books advise you to switch the TVs internal speakers off.


  2. Why do you have the TV sound turned up as well?

    The whole idea of the home cinema system is that you have the TV speakers turned right down, so that you CAN'T hear them...
