Sony Ericsson W910i music transfer?

Question

I have a Sony Ericsson mobile and i'm trying to transfer some music onto it..but having difficulty!

I connect the USB to the computer and the mobile and the programme to transfer music comes up, but then I can't seem to transfer any.

If anyone could give me instructions step by step it would be a great help.

Hiya Lauren! Ive got the N95/8gig handset, and when i connect the USB cable,i go to the MENU on my phone,and select SETTINGS and scroll down to CONNECTIVITY and select DATA TRANSFER and click onto PC SYNC,an ICON will appear on the PC screen!
