Sony Giga Pocket, error: GP666-computer pcv-rs...

when I start Giga Pocket, I get the message " cannot launch-Giga Pocket data base might be damaged". I have tried Knowledge article #C286679, verified that media video server was started, used msconfig to disable services and startups and rebooted in safe mode. Error: Failed to open Sony tv turner device. I re-setup tv utility, went OK, started Giga Pocket and got error GP666. I have installed Sony's latest
giga Pocket 5.5 update. Thanks Roger
