Sony HC-36 Bent Firewire Terminals inside Upload Port?

Question

Okay so i have a sony camera and you know the 4 pin firewire port on the camera...i think i bent one of the terminals in it because when i plug it in it wont recognize the camera anymore...well, on the camera it indicates that it is pluged in but the computer no longer recognizes it...i bought it at best buy...anyone know about this problem..

btw take a look at this picture...the port on the camera is indicated by letter "B".
